In addition, she will guide Leadership Academy participants through four milestones that must be reached to create an inclusive work environment cultivated for diversity. Finally, she will share the key actions that can be taken today (at any level) to move the needle toward inclusion that is equitable, feels authentic, and is sustainable.
Jennifer Tardy, Career Success Coach, owns and operates JTC which is a diversity and inclusion consulting organization in Maryland. Through her career success coaching programs for job seekers and diversity training programs for recruiters, she is on a mission to make it easy for recruiters and historically underrepresented job seekers to meet and forge career success.
